Smart Plumbers is overall quite good: 1. Extremely good & reasonable pricing vs. 2 other quotes. 2. Luis is experienced and great at identifying/understanding the big picture and the details needed for this PRV & Backflow Preventor replacement job. He had 1 helper who did a great job as well. 3. Even though there were a few rainy days & parts availabilities causing delays, communication with Victoria & 1 other person were excellent. If you have time to be patient for the work to start, then you will get the good to great results you need from Luis & Smart Plumbers.

I asked for a quote on Saturday 8/24. Smart Plumbers responded very quickly. We then talked on the phone, and they explained the cost of inspection by a plumber and how that cost could be applied to the repair cost. They had a plumber visit later that day. The plumber was friendly, professional. Due to the age of the hot water heater, I asked him to replace it as soon as possible. He agreed to replace the old water heater the next morning, on a Sunday. He said the price to replace on Sunday or during the week would be the same. The plumber, Adan, did as promised and replaced the water heater on Sunday 8/25/24. I was impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. He explained the warranty. He also cleaned up, took the old water heater and all garbage from the job with him. He sent an invoice or receipt to me via email. The whole process was professional and efficient. I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues. Great job!

Water heater replacement was overdue in our house. We spoke to a dozen plumbers in the area, got their quotes and went with our top choice — smart plumbers. Joel was patient in explaining the pros and cons, offered a wide range of options to choose from and his quote was also most competitive. He showed up with his team on time, and got the job done quickly. Will go back to smart plumbers for any future plumbing needs.

My review is long overdue. We’ve used Smart Plumbers & Rooters for more than a decade. We first hired them for a copper re-pipe at my mom’s house. Since then, we’ve had them do the copper re-pipe in our home and countless other services. They’ve always been fair in their service quotes, timely, professional, and respectful of our home/property. We won’t use any other business for our plumbing needs.

I needed to have a gas line capped,  and Smart Plumbers stood out from the rest by offering a cost estimate based on photos, which was super convenient and saved me a lot of time. They always responded to my questions promptly and clearly. The technician, Federico Rosales, arrived on time, completed the job quickly and neatly, and provided all the necessary paperwork on the spot. I was also able to pay by card right there. Excellent service all around!

Smart Plumbers provide the best technician to help us unclog our kitchen sink that other plumber could not manage to unclog. Plumber tech Luis arrived on time and helped unclog the kitchen sink with his power snake cleaner. Luis is very professional, kind and honest. He managed to make as little of a mess as possible and clean up after work was completed. We highly recommend Smart Plumbers and dispatcher Edith called us as soon as a plumber tech is available for an earlier appointment, Edith is very responsible and organized as well.

These guys are great. One of my water lines was leaking on a Sunday and they came out within two hours. Most plumbing companies do not operate at these hours. They came by in the time frame they mentioned, fixed it in 20 minutes, and let me continue the rest of my day knowing that I would have water. I appreciate them coming out in such a timely manner on the weekend. For anyone who goes through something like this, I would 100% recommend them.

Joce of Smart Plumbers came early, diagnosed our plumbing problem and changed the parts quickly. He was friendly, made sure that all parts were clean and secure. We continue to rely on this company.
